Pictures taken at the 2012 Festival of the Winds , at Bondi Beach , sydney Australia.The Festival of the Winds is one of the largest kite flying festivals in Australia dating back to 1978, according to the Australian Kiteflyers Society, and attracts both local and international kite-makers, flyers and enthusiasts.
It is held at Australia's Iconic Bondi Beach in October and is Australia’s premiere kite event, a colorful spectacle attracting some 50,000 spectators and hundreds of kite-makers featuring Delta and Free Form kites from the Australian Kiteflyers Society members as well as International kite flyers and their designs from countries including India, Malaysia, China and Japan.
